About us

Verona Maintenance Corporation

Verona Maintenance Corporation is the nonprofit mutual benefit association responsible for the Verona community in Newport Coast, California. Owners are automatically members of the association.

How the association works

The association is governed by a volunteer board of directors elected by the membership. The board meets regularly in open session to review finances, approve maintenance work and set policy within the authority granted by the governing documents and California law.

Day-to-day operations are coordinated with a professional management company, which handles assessment billing, vendor scheduling, homeowner correspondence and architectural application intake on behalf of the board.

Assessments fund the ongoing care of common areas, insurance, utilities, administration and reserve contributions for future repair and replacement of association-maintained components.
